Antonov AN-124 “Ruslan” is a strategic airlift jet aircraft. It was designed by the Antonov design bureau in the Ukrainian SSR, then part of the Soviet Union (USSR). AN-124 “Ruslan” serial is the largest cargo plane in the world, and the emergence of AN-225 “Mriya” was the largest aircraft.
