Ten people were killed by Israeli forces in the West Bank on Wednesday, Palestinian officials have said, one of the highest single daily death tolls for many months. Israeli forces remained in Tulkarem, in the north of the West Bank, on Thursday, more than 24 hours after first launching their raid on a refugee camp there. The operation lead to clashes with armed militants and several improvised bombs detonated as the army advanced into the refugee camp’s narrow alleys
