Nato troops could be put on the ground in Ukraine in ‘support roles’

“I dont think that he was committing his own troops, but I think that he was putting it out there because there is a critical mass loss of troops here in Ukraine.”

After President Macron said sending Nato troops to Ukraine “could not be ruled out”, New York Post reporter Caitlin Doornbos tells #TimesRadio it could mean that forces are sent to help with “background”, roles rather than to the frontline.
