New Intel: Russian plot to blow up chemical factory to stop Ukrainian advance | Frontline

“There is a very large chemical factory in northwest Crimea, there is information and intelligence that the Russians might be planning to blow that up similar to ISIS.”

The plan would put ‘thousands of tons’ of sulphur dioxide into the air, impacting the Ukrainian advance, says Hamish de Bretton Gordon, a chemical weapons expert and former tank commander.
