Putin struggles to export his own grain as Ukraine strikes Black Sea

Russia’s lack of ships and the West’s shrining appetite for grain deals with Moscow have added to rising costs of moving Russia’s wheat. This, alongside Ukraine’s spillover into the Black Sea has meant Putin isn’t able to fulfil the promises he made to African nations following the collapse of the Black Sea Grain Deal.
