Surviving the war in the Infantry (Rubizh Brigade)

A soldier from the “Rubizh” National Guard Brigade shares some insights on fighting the war as a rank-and-file infantryman.

“Rubizh” (Frontier) is the 4th Rapid Reaction Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine, fighting the enemy since the first hours of the war. It was the “Rubizh” National Guards who chewed up Russian elite VDV paratroopers at Hostomel Airport, slowed Putin’s blitzkrieg to a crawl, and later drove the enemy out of Irpin and Bucha. The famous “Freedom” Battalion is the 3rd Battalion of the “Rubizh” Brigade. (See https://youtu.be/v8dO9s1S7fE)
