Thales are leading the training programme for the fleet of Voyager refueling planes, and providing a whole range of products from computer-based task trainers to full flight simulators. Through its Joint Venture HELISIM, in partnership with Eurocopter, Thales provides services ranging from initial training to mission planning and preparation for international civil and military helicopter operators.Thales and AMSL are also delivering training for the A400M in Europe.
In Germany, Thales is playing a central role with the Helicopter Flight Training Services consortium to train the German Army’s NH90 pilots at the Integrated Mission Training Centre.
