How seriously should we take reports that Ukraine is amassing a million-strong fighting force equipped with western weapons, ready to take back its southern territory from Russia?
The claims were made by the countrys defence minister Oleksii Reznikov, who gave his first interview to a British newspaper to this mornings Times.
Mr Reznikov said President Zelensky had ordered Ukraine’s military to retake occupied coastal areas which are vital to the country’s economy.
