Defence Secretary Ben Wallace says it’s clear the Russians have changed tactics on the ground, but fears the bombardment of Ukrainian cities will only get worse.
Mr Wallace also said he believes Vladimir Putin does not care about the heavy sanctions imposed against Russia by Western countries.
