Youngest Hamas hostage turns one-year-old in captivity

Kfir Bibas, the youngest person to have been taken hostage by Palestinian militants on 7 October, has passed his first birthday in captivity. Bibas was abducted along with several members of his family during the attack. Speaking at the World Economic Forum, Israels president, Isaac Herzog, said: Exactly a year ago he was born to his parents – Shiri, his mother, and his father, Yarden – and his brother Ariel. And Kfir, his whereabouts is unknown. We know he was kidnapped by Hamas. Yosi Shnaider, a relative of Kfir, has made a new appeal for the release of the boy and other family members
