Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Ukraine will not be able to join NATO while speaking with leaders of the Joint Expeditionary Force remotely Tuesday. “We have heard for years about open doors, but we have already heard that we wont be able to join it,” Zelensky admitted.
