Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky condemned Russia for allegedly committing “genocide” in Ukraine during a visit to Bucha, a city where reports of brutal attacks on civilians have surfaced. Zelensky also called for peace talks between Russia and Ukraine and a potential war crimes trial to move quickly. “Its very difficult to conduct negotiations when you see what they did here,” Zelensky said Monday.
