Anti-Kremlin Russian rebels warn third incursion into Belgorod is in preparation

Anti-Kremlin Russian rebels who temporarily seized control of parts of a border region last month are already planning their next sortie to disrupt President Vladimir Putins invasion of Ukraine.

Two days of fighting around the town of Graivoron caused plenty of consternation in Moscow.

The two groups behind the intrusion say they are acting independently to show their discontent with Putin. Ukraine said it had nothing do with them, but gleefully looked on as the incursion proceeded.

The fighters of the Russia Volunteer Corps released a video it said showed the group conducting an operation in Belgorod region in the area of Gravoron.
