Biden On U.S. Banning Russian Oil Imports: Nothing Is Off The Table

President Joe Biden told press at the White House on Wednesday that he is following reports of Russian war crimes in Ukraine “very closely” and said “its clear” that Russia is deliberately targeting Ukrainian civilians. When asked if the U.S. would ban Russian oil imports, Biden replied: “nothing is off the table.”
