Marina Ovsyannikova, an employee at one of Russias major state television networks who interrupted a live broadcast to protest the Russian invasion of Ukraine, was arrested and interrogated for more than 14 hours and charged with organizing an unauthorized public event. CNNs Nic Robertson reports.
