Donbas victory is Putins unconditional priority | Richard Spencer in Ukraine

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has said the Russian takeover of Ukraines Donbas region is an “unconditional priority” for Moscow. Indicating that they have no intention to withdraw any time soon.
