Families of believed hostages urged lawmakers to help return their loved ones kidnapped by Hamas in the Oct. 7 attack on Israel. “Bring them home now,” Ruby Chen, father of 19-year-old IDF soldier Itay Chen who is said to have been taken by Hamas, said on Capitol Hill Thursday.
