After a biking accident left AK with pain and chronic illness, they started using movement to heal. AK realized others would benefit from an inclusive, queer-forward and accessible place to move their bodies so, they founded Free To Move. Using Instagram, they have been able to educate and uplift LGBTQ+ and chronically ill folks virtually.
