Its that time of the week where I catch up with two of my favourite journalists, who just so happen to be Scottish, to get their views on the stories of the day.

Lindsay McIntosh is the Head of News at the Sunday Times, and Kevin Schofield is the Political Editor of HuffPost UK.

The UN met late on Wednesday evening to try and stop Putin from invading Ukraine, but he invaded while the speeches were being given.

Russia currently holds the rotating chair of the UN Security Council.
