Qatar, which mediated the deal between Hamas and Israel, confirmed that 13 Israeli citizens, 10 Thais and one person from the Philippines have been released from Gaza. The deal also allows for 39 Palestinians to be freed from Israeli jails and increased humanitarian aid for Gaza.
