Israel fires officers after errors in strike on aid workers | REUTERS

The Israeli military released findings from its inquiry into the killing of seven aid workers in an air strike in Gaza. It found serious errors and breaches of procedure, and said two officers will be dismissed and a senior commander formally reprimanded.
