NATOs Stoltenberg: new Russian offensive has already started

NATOs Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg told reporters on Monday (February 13) that the feared new major Russian offensive in Ukraine, almost one year after Moscow launched the war, has already started.

Speaking ahead of a meeting of the military alliance, Stoltenberg said there were “no sign” Russian President Vladimir Putin was preparing for peace.

He called on NATO members to continue providing “urgent” military support to Kyiv.
