RSAF C-130 Training Detachment in Australia

The Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) C-130 Training Detachment is a unilateral air mobility exercise conducted annually from RAAF Base Richmond, providing tactical airlift training for its C-130 Hercules workforce.

RSAF annually deploys a C-130 Hercules training detachment to RAAF Base Richmond, providing the Singapore Armed Forces with the ability to conduct tactical airlift training to drop zones and airspace across New South Wales. RAAF Base Richmond is the home to the RAAF’s own C-130 Hercules fleet, and the local availability of servicing equipment and other tactical airlift support arrangements means the Australian Defence Force can help enable Singapore’s training detachment.
