Russia refuses to revive Black Sea grain deal, calls Ukraine peace ‘unrealistic’

Russias Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov says Ukraines proposed peace plan as well as the latest U.N. proposals to revive the Black Sea grain initiative were both “not realistic.”
