Russia sustains ‘major losses’ as Ukraine defends Avdiivka | Jamie Shea

“Its a stalemate for Ukraine. Its also a stalemate for the Russians. Theyve tried to counterattack and we know without having exact figures that they have sustained quite major losses, both in terms of manpower and equipment.”

Ukraine has been “pushing back against Russia” around Avdiivka despite calls to slow down their offensive, says former NATO Deputy Assistant Secretary General Jamie Shea.
