Russian fighter targets RAF spy plane

A Russian Fighter jet controlled by “rogue Russian pilot” tried to shoot down a RAF spy plane over the Black Sea says General Chip Chapman on #TimesRadio.

Russia says incident last September was due to a technical malfunction.
