Russian Military Officials Move To Withdraw Troops From Kherson Region

The Russian Defense Ministry announced Wednesday that it is withdrawing troops from Ukraines Kherson region, citing difficulties supplying the area. The loss of Kherson is major blow for Russia, as it was the only regional capital it was able to secure so far in the war.
