Stuck in hotels, Israeli residents whose kibbutz was attacked by Hamas wonder where to go

They have lost or left behind everything they had, many are still suffering unbelievable personal tragedies, and they are now internally displaced. For some 400 refugees of the Kibbutz Be’eri, the sharp bluffs and hazy sky surrounding the Dead Sea, some 430 feet below sea level, are cold comfort in the face of their unceasing grief. Some of them still have the noise of the October 7 rampage their ears.
