Chronicles of the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade’s first operations as part of the *Third Army Corps.*
Summer of 2025, on the border of the Kharkiv and Luhansk regions.
This is a somewhat episodic collection of GoPro footage from the fighters of the “Warriors Cartel” and “Karakurt Colony” from the 2nd Mechanized Battalion, plus units of the 2nd Company, 1st Assault BN, and the 1st Company, 2nd Assault BN, conducting clearing operations, recon, and counterattacks, culminating in an epic battle of a humble tacmed who turned out to be a total tactical tiger.

*Notes:*
(11:06) “Would you like something to eat? … _Want some chow?”_ — The Russian didn’t seem to understand civilized language when asked politely, and so the Ukrainian switched to argot.
(12:23) “They’re working us with an AGSs!” — an automatic belt-fed grenade launcher AGS-17, Soviet analog of the Mk19.
(12:34) Sashkó — Ukrainian diminutive for Olexandr. For some reason, they speak English to him. (My guess: he’s a foreign volunteer, named Alejandro, and the Ukrainians call him Sashkó half in jest, half as a sign of acceptance into the tribe. That’s him at 20:25)
(20:10) “You _goot?_ ” — Ukrainian army English. It means, “Are your circumstances sufficiently favorable to your survival and well-being?” — but much faster to say.
(20:57) “Pokemon” — PKM 7.62 mm machine gun.
