Rheinmetall’s new plant in Lower-Saxony will be the largest ammunition plant in Europe. It is built on a total area which is equivalent to around five football pitches (approximately 30,000 m2 for both parts of the plant).
The construction of the ‘Plant Lower Saxony’ was completed in record time and received extensive support from local authorities.
