“I dont know how Putin wins.” U.S. Senators Graham, Warner, Rubio, Manchin, Romney and Coons blasted Russian President Vladimir Putins invasion of Ukraine following a meeting with Ukraines Ambassador Oksana Markarova at the Capitol. In the meeting, Markarova requested more military weapons to supplement its fights against Russian troops.
