Ukraine Raises Flag In Towns Liberated From Russian Occupation

Ukrainian soldiers were seen raising flags in the Kharkiv region as forces say a counter offensive has reclaimed more than 1000 km of territory from Russia in recent days. Russia says it is withdrawing its troops in a move to “regroup” and better achieve its “special military operation.”
