Ukraine will use cluster munitions to ‘liberate territory’ from Russian ‘aggressors’

Ukrainian MP Oleksii Goncharenko says Ukraine want to use cluster munitions from the US to ‘liberate bigger territories in Ukraine.

“Its much better for us to utilise them over Russian aggressors.”
