New Ukrainian rocket launchers cause “more shrapnel damage to infantry” and are “lightly armoured, easily transportable and fast”.

Ukraine adds ‘custom built mini rocket launchers’ to its arsenal of high-tech Western arms. These mini rocket launchers are made of parts taken from the Soviet-era.
