Ukrainian special forces hunt down Putins troops north of Kharkiv with The Timess Maxim Tucker

Kyiv has deployed special forces to hunt down Russian assault groups as Ukraine begins to adapt to Putins new tactics, reports Maxim Tucker who has been on the front at Lyptsi and Vovchansk with Ukrainian troops.
