US Calls For Full Investigation Into Unacceptable Death of Aid Workers in Israel

State Department Spokesperson Matthew Miller has said that the U.S. wants to see a “full investigation” into the killing of seven World Central Kitchen aid workers in an Israeli airstrike in Gaza. Miller said that whatever is the mistake that happened “is unacceptable.”
