Vladimir Putin said Russia has “no ill intentions” to its neighbors and pleaded for no more sanctions as the West continues to mount severe economic restrictions on Russias economy and Putin himself. “We do not see any need to worsen our relationships,” Putin said Friday. “All our actions are always in response to unfriendly acts towards the Russian Federation.”
