Ukraines President Volodymyr Zelensky called on Russian President Vladimir Putin to sit down and talk in person amid the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. In a sarcastic reference to a long table Putin used in recent meetings with foreign leaders and Russian officials, Zelenskyy said, “Sit down with me at the negotiation table, but not at 30 meters,” adding “I dont bite. What are you afraid of?”
