Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky put forward a “compromise” with Russia, asking Vladimir Putin to move his troops back to the contested region of Donbas, “where it all began.” The Ukrainian president also said he is willing to meet some of the Kremlins demands in future talks between the two nations.
