Zelenskyy Declares Martial Law In Response To Russia Attack, Tells Citizens Dont Panic

In a video to the public, Ukraines President Volodymyr Zelenskyy declared martial law, saying Russia has targeted Ukraine’s military infrastructure and border guards. He urged citizens to not panic and remain calm. Martial law involves the temporary substitution of military authority for civilian rule and is usually invoked in times of war.
