Australian Defence Force Sport carried out a training program for sport
officials in Tonga for AFL, netball, rugby league and rugby union from 27-31 March 2023.
The program included the instruction of level one coaching, umpiring, strength and conditioning, first aid, wellbeing and gifting of a range of equipment to local sporting groups. The program is part of the Australian Government ‘Team-Up’ program.
